Introducing the Grimm Folk-toys

In the next few days, I am planning to start running my sewing machine. I will be starting to make a series of toys called ‘Grimm Folk’ and just made the prototype draft of it in colour to be revised with illustrator or Photoshop.

It’s going t o become Christmas soon, and I’ve got much artwork to send to my Secret Santa, a gift exchange and five sketches i promised folks at DA. I’m happily waiting news for my Figma of King Kazma from the heartwarming movie, Summer Wars. I also have an order coming for a super rare Vocaloid Len in Nendo form, in exchange for the Yoko nendoroid sold to a person from MFC site.
Well much things await this december!
Got my PC drive fixed.

Alright, there’s been a long hiatus but mostly to do with fixing my computer. I received a new Windows 7 PC and then after much handling, the drive got infected. I had to ring up Dell and eventually got them to replace a whole new drive.
Good thing I decided to burn everything in individual places, so whenever something like this happens, it’s to my cd and dvd collection.
Mystic Tales updates and convention
14 Jun 2010 Leave a Comment
Well so far, this year’s convention sales weren’t doing so well and yet there were customers overall ^_^
As an update, Azu and me are starting to pick up on the drafts for the series; Mystic Tales. And I’ve even brought in the first promo poster and gave it to a few artists to enjoy. It was printed on fine gloss and measured by 11×14 inch since if it was printed any wider, the image will appear stretched. The image portrays the sorrowful Princess Ayime and her personally bodyguard, Baste the fire demon.
The tale starts from the shards of the goddess Emiya and continues to the narration by male character; Shuhei who describes the girl he seems to take an interest in. The ‘Flower Aura’ girl, Ren and her mysterious past.

New character profile – Vinc
14 Apr 2010 Leave a Comment
Hey guys! Sorry for the long haitus, due to alot of projects and also an intern coming up, Joichi didn’t have alot of updates.
As of lately, I have been working on character profiles:
There has been a remaking of Shuhei’s personality as he is an agile teenage catboy, and you meet his charismatic cousin, Vinc. The sly and cunning hunter makes his appearance, as employed by the church for his skills in slaying demons. I’ll be adding more profiles, next of Shuhei and some refinements, glad to pick up my pace of drawing males again. Lately alot of titles are having alot of girls, so that’s what I end up drawing mostly for Anime North prints.
So look out for more artwork coming along. I got afew weeks before AN, so I gotta hurry!
Article to help job seekers

Hello peeps! Here’s an interesting but meaningful article on how to get a job employment for yourself.
First of all, he talks about emails and that email is a wonderful communication at the same time, many people are careless about their grammar and how they write letters to companies. The lack of hiring and the internship’s really hitting me hard, its hard to know what place I’d want to go to. More
Making fanart or OC keychains?

Finally the March update! Lately, Azu and me have been discussing about making cellphone strap charms! So we explored and found places that we can ask to turn our artwork into products.
Now i know several types; there are the Zinc Alloy, that makes the gold-rimmed metal key chains, then there’s the soft pvc keychains which in my opinion are very durable and i might go for those (not like those laminated chibis that breaks off easily. More
